My name is Ashleigh Solomon! I am a licensed real estate professional in the Houston area! I began my real estate career in 2020 after 18 successful years as a retail training manager. During my tenure, I had to opportunity to experience the training and development of supervisors and store managers alike. I took pride in educated the leaders of tomorrow in store operations, time management, people management, and the basics of building a strong team. I enjoyed helping others unlock their true potential while preparing for leadership roles within Fortune 500 companies.
After almost 20 years, I had decided that it was time to hang up my retail manger hat, and pursue a profession where I could keep the best parts of my management career, but be able to enjoy life unapologetically. Real estate allows me to do just that! I get to enjoy building relationships with people day in and day out. I also get to stick to my training roots by helping new agents learn the ropes and build successful businesses! I love to service the community through love and leadership. I volunteer with several organizations within Fort Bend County teaching financial literacy in the communities I serve.
